Spandex, also known as lycra,  is a specific fabric that fits like a glove around the body, because it has an elastic feature lots of people love it.

Spandex fits like a "second-skin" and because of that you will have all the freedom of movement as if you’re now wearing any clothes.

Spandex is used in all kinds of sports. It allows you to move better than in regular clothes. That's why Top-Athletes wear Spandex during work-out and competitions. 

Spandex is very flexible and it moves with your body instead of moving against it.

The material is made to resist the airflow for an optimal performance. That's why lots of speedskating, luge pro’s, wrestlers, swimmers, etc. etc. use Spandex during sports. It's smooth skin tight to the body, resulting to help the athletes to break break one record after the other and perform better every next time. Just take the last Olympic swimming championship for example.

Spandex lets the skin breath. It doesn’t tighten up the body and suffocate the skin. Wearing it is very comfortable. The special structure of the fabric prevents the body from overheating by keeping it cool through warmth absorption. Besides that sweat is absorbed and vaporized through the fabric.

One thing is for sure. Spandex is a fabric with many nice features and advantages. And lot's of people wear Spandex just for fun, for sports or for ....

We love Spandex because we feel naked, but we are not. The fabric is nice and smooth and it really shows of all the contours of the body.
